Server 2008 R2 Has Slow Mouse Performance on ESXi (vSphere 4)

After scouring the internet for how to resolve this more than a couple times, I decided that this should be added to my site. I got all of the information from:

When viewing an ESXi guest using the console in the VI Client, you may experience poor mouse performance on server 2008R2 even after installing the VMWare tools. The behavior is similar to the typical mouse performance before installing VMware tools.

Change the video card driver to the one located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\VMware\Drivers\wddm_video, once complete, shutdown your virtual machine. Next edit the hardware settings of the VM and change the video RAM to 32MB. When you start your VM back up mouse performance should significantly improve.

If this does not work for you please let me know your solutions in the comments
